Situation
Fitness centers often struggle with fragmented data spread across multiple spreadsheets. Tracking memberships, renewals, financial performance, and member health progress requires manual reporting, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
Task
The objective was to design a unified solution that automates reporting and enables stakeholders to:
- Track membership activity and renewal trends.
- Monitor financial performance (Revenue, Expenses, Profit).
- Provide member-level insights into BMI, BMR, and calorie goals.
- Enhance decision-making through interactive analytics.
Action
The project was executed by designing a robust Data Model and engaging dashboard pages.

- Multi-Fact Architecture: Payments & Expenses tables connected via shared dimensions.
- Dimensions: Calendar for temporal analysis and Users (with snowflaked attributes) for demographics.
- Dynamic Parameters: Disconnected slider tables for Age, Weight, and Activity modeling.
- Calculation Layer: Centralized `_measure` table for organizing DAX logic.
Dashboard Modules
